Entrepreneur uses personal data of the users
If you register for a podcast membership or do a booking for a consultation, we save your email address, date of birth (optional) and first name (optional) and last name. As long as you do not delete your membership account, we will keep the data of your account. The email messages that take place via the Website (www.9treesolution.com) and the email history are treated confidentially by us and stored as such.
We store email history for a maximum of 12 weeks and use it to improve the service to the relevant user or for improvement in a general sense. For payments we use the payment services of Stripe and Visa. We do not include the details of your bank and the personal data linked to it in our system. User data is also collected by us via (disabled) cookies (such as browser type; IP address), by registering for a podcast membership and/or via direct mail contact with us. Every mail contains a link with which you can unsubscribe and also at the website at the membership login you can end your membership.
